WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our return Policy is 14 days in new, unused condition with your receipt for exchange or store credit only. At this time we do not process cash returns under any circumstances.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes we do! Currently we have $25 and $50 options listed for sale online, which can be combined as needed for larger amounts. Gift cards qualify for curbside pickup and local delivery (see COVID-19 Shipping Policy) or can be held at the shop until we re-open to the public.

Currently we cannot accept Gift Card payments for purchased made through our online store.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

In store we are able to take cash, credit (except American Express), and debit payments. We accept tap for credit and debit cards.

Online payments are processed through PayPal, which offers guest checkout as well as debit and credit card payment options.

Shipping Policy during COVID-19

COVID-19 Shipping Policy: We are currently offering local curb-side pickup or complimentary delivery (within 10 km of the store) for purchases of $75 or more.

Our brick and mortar shop is temporarily closed due to COVID-19. During this time we will notify customers when their order is ready for pickup and provide a scheduled window of time to do so. Please do not come to the store for pickup before receiving this notification.

Curb-side pickup windows: Once a confirmation is received, orders can be picked up Mondays from 10 am - 2 pm and Thursdays from

2 pm - 6 pm. Please call the shop once you are here and we will put your order outside.

To ensure delivery is contact-free orders will be left at your front door. Please keep this in mind when selecting this option. We are unable to deliver to apartment buildings at this time.

**Delivery is intended for those unable to leave their homes due to quarantine, front-line workers, and those without transportation. We ask those that are able to pickup their orders to please do so, but if you need delivery please leave a note at checkout if you meet the requirements. Thank-you!
